摘　　要：在对产品最终喷涂前,对原有漆层打磨是必不可少的工序,打磨质量好坏对后续涂装的外观质量、漆膜性能都有影响。本文列举了打磨中常见的一些典型问题,如打磨与清洗的顺序错误、打磨与喷涂的时间间隔过长、打磨砂纸选取不当、打磨损伤基体镀覆层、漆屑清理方式和打磨不充分等,对这些问题的影响进行了介绍,并提出了工艺细化和监管管理方面的措施,确保对漆层打磨的质量可控,为后续的涂漆奠定基础。Before the final spraying of the product,polishing the original paint layer is an essential process,and the quality of polishing has an impact on the appearance quality and paint film performance of subsequent coatings.This article provides examples of common typical problems in polishing,such as incorrect sequence of polishing and cleaning,excessive time interval between polishing and spraying,improper selection of polishing sandpaper,cleaning methods for paint chips on the substrate plating layer caused by polishing damage,and insufficient polishing.The impact of these problems is introduced,and measures for process refinement and regulatory management are proposed to ensure the quality of paint layer polishing is controllable,laying a foundation for subsequent painting.
