摘  要:随着我国“双碳”目标的持续推进,海上风电发展十分迅速。由于深远海拥有着丰富且未开发的风能资源,浮式风电从近海逐步走向深远海是必然趋势。本文通过对深远海浮式风电船体建造过程中涂装施工工艺进行解读,对涂装施工程序编制、涂层系统选择进行总结,对表面处理、涂装施工、人员资质认证要求进行阐述,为后续新建深远海浮式风电船体涂装施工提供参考建议。With the continuous promotion of China's dual carbon goals,the development of offshore wind power is very rapid.Due to the abundant and undeveloped wind energy resources in the deep-sea,it is an inevitable trend for floating wind power to gradually move from offshore to deep-sea.This article interprets the painting construction process during the construction of deep-sea floating wind turbine hulls,summarizes the compilation of painting construction procedures and the selection of coating systems,and elaborates on the requirements for surface treatment,painting construction,and personnel qualification certification.It provides reference suggestions for the subsequent painting construction of new deep-sea floating wind turbine hulls.
