摘 要:主要介绍了涂装喷漆工艺过程有机废液的产生原因和危害,分析了现有处理方法的局限性,并探讨了源头控制策略、过程优化技术和末端治理技术等减量化治理措施。通过优化喷漆工艺、循环利用有机废液、净化处理流程控制等手段,可以有效减少有机废液的产生和排放。强调了环保指标、经济指标和社会指标在减量化治理效果评估中的重要性,并分析了当前存在的问题和挑战,提出了技术改进措施和管理层面的优化建议。最后,展望了未来研究方向,建议深入探究喷漆有机废液的组成与特性,拓展减量化治理措施的应用范围,并加强政策引导和监管力度。This paper mainly introduces the spray painting process and the cause and harm of organic waste liquid.The limitations of the existing treatment methods are analyzed,and the reducing treatment measures such as source control strategy,process optimization technology and end treatment technology are discussed.The generation and discharge of organic waste liquid can be effectively reduced by optimizing the spray painting process,recycling organic waste liquid,purification treatment and process control.The importance of environmental indicators,economic indicators and social indicators in the evaluation of the effect of reduction governance is emphasized,and the existing problems and challenges are analyzed,and the technical improvement measures and management optimization suggestions are put forward.Finally,the paper looks forward to the future research direction,suggests in-depth exploration of the composition and characteristics of spray paint organic waste liquid,expand the application range of reduction management measures,and strengthen policy guidance and supervision.
