摘　　要：分析了金属漆机器人静电喷涂产生局部发花的原因,并提出相应的解决措施,为类似涂料涂装体系施工及质量控制提供参考。This article introduces the causes of partial floating caused by electrostatic spraying of m etal paint by robot,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,which can provide theoretical reference for the construction and quality control of sim ilar coating system.
