摘　　要：以某公司新能源工厂涂装车间利旧改造施工项目为例,通过分析项目各阶段存在的风险要点,在新工厂建设安全管理体系的基础上,将安全管理要点聚焦在全员安全管理、风险分级管理、施工过程安全评价管理和应急管理等4方面,实现了从拆除&移位、安装、调试全流程安全“0”事故。This article takes the example of the reuse&renovation construction in painting workshop of a company's new energy factory,by analyzing the key points of risks at each stage of the project,and follow the theory the construction of safety management in new factory,focus on four aspects of the safety management:overall employee safety management,risk level management,process evaluation management and emergency management,reached to zero accidence of overall flow from dismantling&shifting to installation and then to debugging.
