摘  要:涂装车间前处理电泳是整车防锈涂装的重要工序之一,防锈涂装质量在很大程度上取决于前处理电泳的方式好坏。为保证整车在前处理电泳过程中液体介质的进出顺畅,通用使用限位工装(电泳工装)连接车门和车身门框,使得车门与车身之间保持一定的开度,从而提高白车身的表面处理质量。Electrophores is in the pre-treatment of the painting workshop is one of the important processes for vehicle anti rust coating.The quality of anti rust coating on construction machinery largely depends on the quality of the pre-treatment electrophores is method.To ensure the smooth entry and exit of liquid media during the pre-treatment electrophores is process of the entire vehicle,a limit fixture(electrophores is fixture)is commonly used to connect the car door and the body door frame,maintaining a certain degree of opening between the car door and the body,thereby improving thes urface treatment quality of the white body.
