摘　　要：江西省高度重视生物医药产业发展,将其列入加快发展壮大的新兴产业。本文从江西省生物医药领域人才流动、需求和政策支持等方面展开分析,提出人才引进和留住“双难”、高层次人才紧缺、人才激励政策尚未健全等问题亟待解决,应从集聚、引进、培育、留住等全方位构建人才支持体系,为生物医药产业高质量发展提供智力支撑与人才保障。Jiangxi Province attaches great importance to the development of the bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry,listing it as an emerging industry to be developed at a faster pace.This paper analyzes the mobility,demand,and policy support of talents in the biomedical field of Jiangxi Province.Then it identifies urgent problems such as the“double challenges”of talent introduction and retention,shortage of high-level talents,and incomplete incentive policies for talents.Finally,it suggests building a comprehensive talent support system covering gathering,introduction,development,and retention as a way to provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for the high-quality development of this industry.
