摘 要:针对生产过程中次品率不确定性、检测成本增加及不合格品处理策略对企业利润及生产效率的影响,本文提出了一种基于假设检验与成本效益分析的决策优化方法.利用功效函数建立抽样检测方案,推导了不同标称值要求下的样本量选取准则,平衡了检测成本与次品率;构建了包含多种情形下的生产决策模型,给出了不同检测、拆解及回收方案下的期望成本显式表达式,并以利润最大化为目标筛选最优决策.此外,本文还将多零件、多工序的复杂生产情形考虑在内,进一步拓展了模型.This paper proposes a decision optimization method based on hypothesis testing and cost-benefit analysis to address the impact of uncertainty in defect rates,increasing testing costs,and strategies for handling defective products on enterprise profit and production efficiency.A sampling inspection scheme is established using the power function,and a sample size selection criterion under different nominal value requirements is derived,balancing testing costs and defect rates.A production decision model is developed,covering various scenarios,and explicit expressions for expected costs under different testing,disassembly,and recycling strategies are provided.The optimal decision is selected with the goal of maximizing profit.Furthermore,this paper extends the model to accommodate complex production scenarios involving multiple parts and processes.
