循环水系统中光照周期对日本对虾(Penaeus japonicus)生长及血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:循环水养殖是水产养殖的重要发展方向,研究光照对循环水养殖系统中水产动物生长发育的影响对促进健康高效养殖具有重要意义。以日本对虾(Penaeus japonicus)为对象,设置0L:24D、6L:18D、12L:12D、18L:6D和24L:0D五个光照周期组(L:光照,D:黑暗),探究其对生长及血清生化指标的影响。结果显示,存活率(SR)以24L:0D组最高,终重、增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)均以24L:0D组最优(P<0.05),12L:12D组次之。血清生化指标中,6L:18D组谷草转氨酶(AST)活性最高,与12L:12D组无显著差异(P>0.05),18L:6D组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著升高(P<0.05);0L:24D组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、24L:0D组过氧化氢酶(CAT)及18L:6D组丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。激素分析显示,雌二醇(E2)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)和褪黑素(MT)含量在0L:24D组最高,而皮质醇(COR)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量在12L:12D组最低。此外,12L:12D组血清肌酐(SCR)显著升高,尿素氮(BUN)含量组间差异不显著(P>0.05),而总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量以24L:0D组最高,12L:12D组次之。脂质水平组间差异显著(P<0.05),6L:18D组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和18L:6D组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量最高,其次为12L:12D组。6L:18D组甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。综合分析表明,不同光照周期对循环水养殖系统中日本对虾的生长指标及血清生化指标均有显著影响,其中12L:12D光照周期在促进健康高效养殖方面表现最佳,是较为理想的光照条件。Recirculating aquaculture represents a critical direction in the development of aquaculture,and studying the effects of light on the growth and development of aquatic species in recirculating aquaculture systems is of significant importance for promoting healthy and efficient aquaculture practices.This study focused on the Penaeus japonicus,establishing five photoperiod groups:0L:24D,6L:18D,12L:12D,18L:6D,and 24L:0D(L:light,D:dark),to evaluate their effects on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters.Results showed that the 24L:0D group achieved the highest survival rate(SR),with final body weight,weight gain rate(WGR),and specific growth rate(SGR)also being optimal in this group(P<0.05),followed by the 12L:12D group.Serum biochemical analysis revealed that aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity peaked in the 6L:18D group,showing no significant difference compared to the 12L:12D group(P>0.05),while alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity was significantly elevated in the 18L:6D group(P<0.05).The superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the 0L:24D group,catalase(CAT)in the 24L:0D group,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the 18L:6D group were significantly higher than in other groups(P<0.05).Hormonal analysis revealed that the concentrations of estradiol(E2),gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH),and melatonin(MT)were highest in the 0L:24D group,while cortisol(COR)and glucose(GLU)levels were lowest in the 12L:12D group.Additionally,serum creatinine(SCR)was significantly elevated in the 12L:12D group,whereas urea nitrogen(BUN)levels showed no significant differences among groups(P>0.05).Total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)concentrations were highest in the 24L:0D group,followed by the 12L:12D group.Lipid metabolism analysis revealed significant intergroup variations(P<0.05),with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels highest in the 6L:18D group and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels highest in the 18L:6D group,followed by the 12L:12D group.Additionally,triglyceride(TG)content was significantly elev
