黄河流域数字经济发展的区域差异及动态演进

摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会强调了数字经济在推动高质量发展、加快构建新发展格局中的重要作用。基于2011—2022年我国黄河流域的上、中、下游三个区域9个省份的面板数据,结合新发展理念,使用熵值法、Dagum基尼系数和Kernel密度等方法研究黄河流域数字经济发展水平的时空特征、区域差异及动态演进。研究发现:黄河流域数字经济总体发展水平并不高,但处于稳步上升状态;数字经济发展不平衡,发展水平呈现下游>中游>上游的格局;发展的区域差异近几年呈现扩大趋势。建议政府要注重良好的数字经济发展环境的形成,创建数字经济创新体系及开放体系,并最终形成上下游贯通一体的数字经济共享体系,降低区域间经济发展差异,实现区域之间协调发展。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized the important role of the digital economy in promoting high-quality development and accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.Based on the panel data of 9 provinces in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin in China from 2011 to 2022,combined with the new development concept,the entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density methods were used to study the spatial and temporal characteristics,regional differences and dynamic evolution of the digital economy development level in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the overall development level of digital economy in the Yellow River Basin is not high,but it is in a steadily rising state;The development of the digital economy is unbalanced,with the development level showing a pattern of downstream>midstream>upstream;Regional differences in development have shown a widening trend in recent years.It is suggested that the government should pay attention to the formation of a good environment for the development of digital economy,create a digital economy innovation system and an open system,and eventually form a digital economy sharing system that integrates upstream and downstream,reduce the differences in economic development between regions,and achieve coordinated development between regions.
