摘　　要：西周文武成康以后,衰势已显,尽管出现中兴之王,周王室依然保持对内外服的征伐态势,但其内部蕴含的巨大危机端倪已现。中国传统的治道强调最高智者的德性,周天子正统的合法性需要道义的基础,更需要维持礼乐征伐的力量,当周礼维护的差等格局被打破后,周王室的衰落就不可避免。分封制虽然一定程度上起到了蕃屏周的作用,但由于封土的有限性,注定了后期难以持续。在公私之争的背景下,周天子自乱其礼而王室又内斗不已,再加上周天子直辖领地的萎缩和诸侯权力意识的膨胀,冲破旧的礼制的束缚就被提上日程,进而推动了社会的全面变革。after the Western Zhou Wenwu Chengkang,the decline has been obvious,despite the emergence of the king of Zhongxing,the Zhou royal family still maintained the trend of crusade on internal and external services,and the huge crisis contained in it has already appeared.Chinese traditional governance emphasizes the virtue of the highest wise man,and the legitimacy of the orthodoxy of the son of Zhou needs not only the moral basis,but also the power to maintain the expedition of etiquette and music.When the pattern of poor maintenance of Zhou etiquette is broken,the decline of the Zhou royal family is inevitable.Although the enfeoffment system played the role of Fan Ping Zhou to a certain extent,it was doomed to be difficult to last in the later period because of the limitation of the enfeoffment.The son of Zhou disorderly his etiquette and constantly engaged in infighting,coupled with the shrinkage of the territory under the direct jurisdiction of the son of Zhou and the expansion of the power consciousness of princes,it was put on the agenda to break through the shackles of the old etiquette system,and then promoted the overall reform of the society.
