摘　　要：抗战进入反攻阶段后,中共为争取抗战胜利而急需扩充自己的军事力量,首当其冲的便是希图民众能够踊跃参军,但民众由于心存许多顾虑,这无疑增加了中共扩军的困难。为解决这一问题,山东抗日民主政府开展了一场群众性的良心检讨运动。中共通过有意的引导,使山东地区的民众拥军观念得到加强,民众劳军运动进一步蓬勃发展,军民关系更为密切,山东抗日根据地由此出现了民众踊跃参军的局面,确保了八路军在抗战反攻时拥有较为雄厚的兵员后备力量,从而为抗战的顺利开展奠定了人力基础。After the Anti-japanese War entered the stage of counter-offensive,the Communist Party of China urgently needed to expand its military power in order to win the War of resistance against Japan.050001,the first is to hope that the people can actively join the army,but the people because of many concerns,which undoubtedly increased the difficulties of the Communist Party of China’s military expansion.In order to solve this problem,Shandong anti-japanese democratic government launched a mass conscience review campaign.Through intentional guidance,the Communist Party of China has strengthened the concept of people supporting the army in the Shandong region,further developed the popular labor movement,and closer military-civilian relations,shandong anti-japanese base areas thus emerged the situation of people actively joining the army,to ensure that the eighth route army in the anti-japanese war when the counter-offensive has a relatively strong reserve force of soldiers,thus laying a human foundation for the smooth development of the anti-japanese war.
