摘 要:基于第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查项目中所提供的建(构)筑物数据,依据相关规范对深圳市高密度城区单体建(构)筑物地震灾害隐患进行精细化评估,识别出主要风险点。结合建(构)筑物用途和结构信息,在建筑物高密度区选取一个4.5km×4.5km的研究区,研究区中共10475栋单体建(构)筑物。结果表明:研究区不存在地震灾害隐患等级为重点的单体建(构)筑物,地震灾害隐患等级为轻微的单体建(构)筑物占据绝大多数。地震灾害隐患等级为一般的507栋单体建(构)筑物中,抗震设防水平不明和抗震设防水平不满足当地抗震设防水平要求的共占82.84%。根据数据和实地调查发现,钢筋混凝土结构建筑物隐患等级较高,主要是由于设防情况不明或抗震设防水平不满足要求。This paper presents a detailed assessment of hidden earthquake disaster hazards in individual buildings(structures)within high-density urban areas of Shenzhen,based on data from the first national comprehensive natural disaster risk survey.The assessment follows relevant standards and identifies key risk factors.A 4.5km×4.5km area in central Shenzhen,characterized by a high concentration of buildings,was selected as the study area.This region contains 10,475 individual buildings.The results indicate that most buildings in the study area are classified with a low earthquake risk,with no structures identified as being of high seismic hazard.Among the 507 buildings with moderate earthquake risk,82.84%have unknown seismic fortification levels,failing to meet local seismic requirements.Field investigations and data analysis suggest that reinforced concrete buildings are particularly vulnerable,primarily due to unclear fortification status or fortification levels that do not comply with current seismic standards.
