摘　　要：马代谢综合征(EMS)是造成马内分泌性蹄叶炎的一系列风险因素的总称,常见于肥胖马匹,对马匹的健康和福利造成了潜在威胁。本文首次完整报道了1例EMS病例,患马为20岁雌性德保矮马,结合其体况(7/9)和蹄叶炎病史怀疑其患有EMS,经口服葡萄糖试验、胰岛素反应试验和其他实验室检测确诊患马为EMS,且具有严重的胰岛素抵抗。经饲养管理并辅助运动,患马各项指标趋于稳定,蹄叶炎未复发。本病例报告旨在提高我国马医行业对EMS的认知水平,加强对马属动物内分泌疾病的重视,为该病的临床诊疗提供参考,从而更好地保障马属动物的健康和福利。Equine metabolic syndrome(EMS)refers to a series of risk factors that cause endocrine-related laminitis in horses,commonly seen in obese horses,posing a potential threat to their health and welfare.This article presents a complete case report of an EMS case for the first time.The affected horse was a 20-year-old Debao mare.Based on its body condition score(7/9)and history of laminitis,EMS was suspected.The diagnosis was confirmed through oral glucose test,insulin response test,and other laboratory tests,revealing severe insulin resistance.With appropriate management and assisted exercise,the horse's health indicators stabilized,and laminitis did not recur.This case report aims to increase awareness of EMS within China's veterinary community,emphasizing the importance of endocrine diseases in equine animals and providing a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this condition,ultimately helping to improve the health and welfare of equine animals.
