摘 要:以薏苡种子贵州小白壳“兴薏1号”为研究对象,通过物理试验测量薏苡种子的本征参数、薏苡种子之间以及薏苡种子与ABS板之间的接触参数。以物理测量值为参数选取参考值,利用Plackett-Burman试验筛选显著性仿真参数,最陡爬坡试验确定3个显著性参数最优取值范围,并根据Box-Behnken试验得到3组显著性参数与休止角的二阶回归模型,以休止角物理实测值30.76°为优化目标,获取最优参数组合为:薏苡-薏苡静摩擦系数为0.44,薏苡-ABS静摩擦系数为0.26,薏苡-薏苡滚动摩擦系数为0.09。The intrinsic parameters of Coix seeds,the contact parameters between Coix seeds,and between Coix seeds and ABS plates were measured by physical experiments.The physical measured values were used as the parameters to select the reference values,the Plackett-Burman test was used to screen the significance simulation parameters,the steepest climb test was used to determine the optimal value range of the three significance parameters,and the second-order regression model of three sets of significance parameters and the angle of repose was obtained according to the Box-Behnken test,and the physical measured value of the angle of repose was 30.76°as the optimization goal.The optimal combination of parameters was as follows:the static friction coefficient of Coix-Coix was 0.44,the static friction coefficient of Coix-ABS was 0.26,and the rolling friction coefficient of Coix-Coix was 0.09.
