摘 要:针对半夏种子形状不规则、颗粒大、种皮薄造成播种过程中充种、清种困难,易破损等问题,通过测量播种期半夏种子的物性参数,设计了一种链勺式半夏精密排种器。通过理论分析确定了排种器的关键参数,并基于DEM-MBD耦合仿真对排种器的充种过程进行仿真分析。利用Design-Expert建立了主动链轮转速及搅种排种转速比对充种合格指数和漏充指数的响应曲面模型。结果表明,主动链轮转速和搅种装置与排种装置的转速比均为影响充种性能的重要因素,当主动链轮转速为98.77 r/min、搅种排种转速比为0.53时,充种合格指数为94.22%,漏充指数为2.29%,满足半夏播种要求。To address the challenges posed by the irregular shape,large size,and thin seed coat of Pinellia ternata seeds,which lead to difficulties in seed filling and clearing,and being damaged easily during sowing,a chain-spoon precision seed metering device was designed.The physical properties of Pinellia ternata seeds during the sowing period were measured to guide the design process.Key parameters of the metering device were determined through theoretical analysis,and the seed filling process was simulated using DEM-MBD coupled simulation.A response surface model was established using Design-Expert to evaluate the effects of the drive sprocket speed and the ratio of seed stirring to seed metering speed on the seed filling qualification index and the missed filling index.The results showed that both the drive sprocket speed and the speed ratio between the seed stirring and metering devices were crucial factors affecting the seed filling performance.When the drive sprocket speed was 98.77 r/min and the seed stirring-to-metering speed ratio was 0.53,the seed filling qualification index reached 94.220%,and the missed filling index was 2.29%,meeting the sowing requirements for Pinellia ternata seeds.
