摘 要:为解决豌豆小区育种排种器的品种适应性问题,提供排种盘型孔设计参数依据。随机选取10种豌豆品种,对10个豌豆品种的种子外形参数长、宽、厚、均径、球度、长宽比、长厚比、单粒质量、密度进行统计分析,获得各参数的最大值、最小值、平均值及变异系数。种子三轴尺寸长、宽、厚、均径及单粒质量、密度均近似服从正态分布,种子形状为一近似不等径椭球体,种子三轴尺寸间呈现线性正相关的函数关系,10个品种的豌豆种子的平均厚与宽基本一致,且明显小于种子平均长,分析确定了各外形参数的分布离散情况,豌豆品种变化对球度有影响(P=0.087<0.1),对种子长厚比和长宽比无显著影响,对其他外形参数试验指标有极显著影响(P<0.01),在一定范围内豌豆种子单粒质量与球度也具有一定的影响性。当球度越接近于1,种子单粒质量越大,越利于种子对于排种盘的型孔填充,提高排种性能,试验因素参数值对所有试验指标都有极显著影响。不同品种豌豆存在明显的形状差异,三轴尺寸整体变化趋势基本一致,种子平均厚与宽相等,且两者小于长,不同品种三轴尺寸间线性相关系数分析结果表明种子宽可作为仿真豌豆种子建模时的主尺寸。In order to solve the problem of variety adaptability of pea community breeding seed arranger,and provide the basis for the design parameters of the seed tray type hole。10 pea varieties were randomly selected,the seed shape parameters of 10 pea varieties such as length,width,thickness,average diameter,sphericity,length-width ratio,length-thickness ratio,single grain weight and density were statistically analyzed,and the maximum,minimum,average value and coefficient of variation of each parameter were obtained.The length,width,thickness,average diameter,weight and density of the seeds'triaxial dimensions were approximately subject to normal distribution,the seed shape was an approximately unequal diameter ellipsoid,and the average thickness and width of the pea seeds of 10 varieties were basically the same,and were significantly smaller than the average length of the seeds,and the discrete distribution of each shape parameter was determined through analysis,and the change of pea varieties had an effect on the sphericity(P=0.087<0.1),but had no significant effect on the seed length-thickness ratio and the length-thickness ratio,and had a very significant effect on the experimental indexes of other shape parameters(P<0.01),the weight and sphericity of pea seeds also had a certain influence in a certain range.When the sphericity is closer to 1,the mass of the seed is larger,which is more conducive to the filling of the hole of the seed disc and the improvement of the seedling performance.There were obvious shape differences among different varieties of peas,the overall trend of triaxial size was basically the same,the average thickness and width of seeds were equal,and the two were less than the length,and the linear correlation coefficient analysis results between the triaxial sizes of different varieties showed that the seed width could be used as the main size when modeling simulated pea seeds.
