摘  要:为改善目前我国蚕豆的脱粒机少,且技术不规范的问题,设计了一种蚕豆柔性脱粒机。通过与多种脱粒方式比较分析,最终采用了轴流板齿式,并根据蚕豆相关特性以及喂入量要求,分别对脱粒滚筒,凹板筛,调节装置等关键部位进行了设计分析,得到了合理尺寸大小,最后利用ANSYS Workbench对机架进行静力学分析和模态分析,验证了机架强度满足使用要求,并求出了机架的前8阶固有频率和振型,通过与外部激励的比较分析,最终确定机架不会发生共振,设计合理,为后续的实验提供了理论依据。In order to address the issue of the scarcity and non-standardization of the existing thresher of broad bean,a flexible thresher was designed.Through comparison and analysis with a variety of threshing methods,the axial flow plate gear type was finally adopted,and based on the related characteristics of broad beans and feeding requirements,the threshing drum,concave plate screen,adjusting device and other key parts were designed and analyzed,and a reasonable size was obtained.Finally,ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out static analysis and modal analysis of the frame.It is verified that the strength of the frame meets the requirements of use,and the first 8 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the frame are obtained.By comparing with the external excitation,it is determined that the frame does not resonate and the design is reasonable.
