摘 要:针对航空发动机某部件高质量制造,惯性摩擦焊机主轴系统采用轴向闭式静压轴承创新型结构,建立惯性摩擦焊机主轴回转速度在轴向顶锻力作用下衰减的数学模型。建立并确定静压轴承间隙油膜三维模型及边界条件,利用计算流体力学CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic)原理,应用动网格技术、两相流模型和Fluent仿真软件,探讨在惯性摩擦焊机承受顶锻力时,静压轴承工作全过程摩擦特性,即油膜的压力状况和温度分布情况。结果表明:承载侧油膜压力在非平衡状态时,随着承载油膜间隙厚度减小先增大后趋于稳定,承载侧油膜温升随着承载油膜间隙厚度减小而快速上升而后缓慢增长,在旋转停止时最高。背压侧油膜压力在非平衡状态时,随着背压侧油膜间隙厚度增大而减小,最终位置保持油膜压力相对稳定,背压侧油膜温升很低可以忽略。For the high-quality manufacturing of a part of the aero engine,the innovative structure of axial closed hydrostatic bearing was adopted in the spindle system of the inertial friction welding machine.Three-dimensional models and boundary conditions of clearance oil films in the hydrostatic bearing were established and determined.Utilizing CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamic),dynamic mesh technology,two-phase flow model and Fluent software,the friction characteristics of the hydrostatic bearing were studied during the whole working process,that is,the pressure and temperature distribution of clearance oil films were discussed,when the inertial friction welding equipment was subjected to the upsetting force.The results indicated that when the oil film pressure on carrier side was in non-equilibrium state,the pressure on carrier side increased first and then tended to be stable with the reduction of the thickness of oil films.The temperature rise of the carrier side oil film increased rapidly and then increased slowly with the reduction of the oil film thickness,and the temperature rise was highest when the rotation stopped.In the non-equilibrium state,the oil film pressure of the back pressure side oil film decreased with the increase of the oil film thickness,and the oil film pressure is relatively stable at the final position,and the temperature rise of the oil film on back pressure side was low and could be ignored.
