摘 要:非晶/纳米晶软磁带材粉碎而成的片状粉是某些高频金属磁粉芯应用领域的理想材料,但是带材在破碎时的脆性断裂会给片状粉带来尖锐的边角,不利于后续的绝缘涂层及最终压制的磁芯性能。因此,亟需通过对片状粉末的形态的定量表征来帮助评价片状粉形态对磁芯制备和性能的影响。本文针对非晶/纳米晶软磁带材破碎片状粉探索了一种简单、低成本的颗粒圆形度定量测定流程:采用水沉降法去除生产过程中产生的细小颗粒,进行分散剂分散效果试验确定最佳分散剂来消除颗粒之间的团聚,运用显微镜及图像处理软件获取颗粒二维信息,计算圆形度值。实验结果表明,水沉降处理能有效去除细粉,甘油作为分散剂能帮助片状粉体分散,从而实现利用图像处理软件获得颗粒二维信息,进而对颗粒的圆形度进行表征。最后通过对机械冲击整形处理前后两种粉末颗粒的圆形度的定量表征,验证了本文提供的测定方法的可行性。Flaky amorphous or nanocrystalline powders made from crushed amorphous/nanocrystalline ribbons are ideal for certain high-frequency metal magnetic powder core applications,but brittle fracture of the ribbons inevitably brings sharp edges and corner,which is not conducive to the subsequent insulation coating and the performance of the final pressed core.Therefore,it is important to quantify the morphology(e.g.roundness)of the flake powder morphology on the preparation and properties of magnetic cores.In this study,a simple,low-cost roundness determination process is explored to quantitatively characterize the roundness of powder particles.Water sedimentation was used to remove fine particles retained in the sample,dispersants were selected to eliminate the agglomeration effect between particles,and microscopy and image processing software were used to obtain two-dimensional information about the particles and calculate the roundness value.The experimental results show that the water sedimentation treatment can effectively remove the fine powders and glycerol as a good dispersant can help the dispersion of the flake powder,so as to calculate the twodimensional information of a single particle by using the image processing software and then accurately characterize the roundness.The roundness degree of two kinds of flake powder before and after a high-energy mechanical shock treatment can be acquired quantitatively,which demonstrates that the method described by this work is workable.
