浆料热处理对M型锶铁氧体结构及性能的影响

摘  要:本文采用固相反应法并结合浆料预热处理技术制备SrFe12O19永磁铁氧体材料,并详细研究了热处理工艺对浆料粉末和烧结块体相结构、形貌和磁性能影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的增加,α-Fe_(2)O_(3)含量逐渐减少,超细粉末颗粒数量减小,当热处理温度为1000℃时,得到纯相的M型六角铁氧体,粒度分布均匀,综合磁性能最佳,此时样品矫顽力达到最大值为5715 Oe,饱和磁化强度σs为57.16 A·m^(2)/kg,相比于未进行热处理的粉末所制备的磁体磁性能大幅增高。经过热处理的浆料在取向压制、高温烧结后,其晶体结构为纯的SrFe12O19,且无明显变化;磁体都具有较高矫顽力,且随热处理温度升高矫顽力不断升高,然而磁体饱和磁化强度则有所下降,尤其是当热处理温度超过900℃时,其退磁曲线方形度明显降低。The permanent magnet SrFe12O19 was prepared using the solid-state reaction method and combining with slurry preheating treatment technology,and the effects of slurry powder and sintered block of the heat treatment processes on its phase structure,morphology and magnetic properties were studied.The results showed that the content ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3)and the number of ultrafine powder particles gradually decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature.The pure phase M-type ferrite was obtained with uniform particle size distribution and the best integrated magnetic properties at a heat treatment temperature of 1000℃,the sample coercivity reaches a maximum value of 5715 Oe and the saturation magnetisation strength of 57.16 A·m^(2)/kg.The comprehensive magnetic properties were found to be optimal,with a significant increase in magnetic properties compared to the untreated powder.After orientation pressing and hightemperature sintering of the heat-treated slurry,the crystal structure is pure SrFe12O19,and there is no obvious change;and with the heat treatment temperature increases coercive force increases.However,the magnet saturation magnetisation strength decreases,especially when the heat treatment temperature exceeds 900℃,and the squareness of the demagnetisation curve decreases significantly.
