摘　　要：网络爱国主义话语建构是提升新时代爱国主义教育实效性的关键环节之一。网络爱国主义话语建构的价值意蕴不仅体现在国家治理与社会整合层面,更渗透到文化认同、个体身份建构以及国际话语权竞争等多个维度之中。建构网络爱国主义话语需要聚焦新时代爱国主义教育的目标,紧紧围绕新时代中国特色社会主义发展的现实需求,充分利用网络信息技术搭建话语框架,秉持动态施策、监管结合的原则,进而提升网络爱国主义教育的实效性、时效性和针对性。The construction of network patriotism discourse is one of the key links in enhancing the effectiveness of patriotism education in the new era.The value implications of constructing network patriotism discourse are not only reflected at the levels of national governance and social integration but also permeate multiple dimensions such as cultural identity,individual identity construction,and international discourse power competition.The construction of network patriotism discourse needs to focus on the goals of patriotism education in the new era,closely revolve around the practical needs of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,fully utilize network information technology to establish a discourse framework,adhere to the principles of dynamic policy implementation and supervision,and thereby enhance the effectiveness,timeliness,and pertinence of network patriotism education.
