摘 要:在火力发电厂的安全生产过程中,火电单元机组顺序控制系统(SCS)是大型火电机组自动保护和自动控制系统的重要组成部分,引风机启动的顺序控制是SCS的主要功能之一。引风机具有烟气排放、平衡通风、能量转换与效率提升、安全与稳定性保障以及调节与控制等多种功能,是火电机组中不可或缺的重要设备。本设计应用PLC仿真软件模拟控制引风机启动的顺序逻辑控制。PLC控制系统要分几个步骤,其中重点和难点是编程部分。应用PLC仿真软件模拟引风机启动的顺序逻辑控制程序比较复杂,编制出该程序且仿真运行成功以后,便可将其应用于实际生产。为此,文中概述了SCS系统、引风机启动许可条件、PLC及其仿真软件,指出了相关设计要求,进行了程序设计及系统仿真。In the safe production process of thermal power plants,the Sequential Control System(SCS)of thermal power units is an important component of the automatic protection and control system for large thermal power units,and one of the main functions of SCS is the sequential control of induced draft fans.Induced draft fans have multiple functions such as flue gas emission,balanced ventilation,energy conversion and efficiency improvement,safety and stability assurance,as well as regulation and control,and they are indispensable equipment in thermal power units.This design applies PLC simulation software to simulate the sequential logic control for starting induced draft fans.The PLC control system involves several steps,with programming being the difficult and key part.The sequential logic control program for simulating the starting of induced draft fans using PLC simulation software is relatively complex.After the program is compiled and successfully simulated,it can be applied to actual production.Therefore,this paper outlines the SCS system,the starting permit conditions of induced draft fans,PLC,and its simulation software,points out relevant design requirements,and conducts program design and system simulation.
