摘 要:为明确不同板栗品种对小新壳梭孢Neofusicoccum parvum的抗性及不同药剂对该病原菌的防效。本次试验采用菌丝块刺伤接种法,运用系统聚类分析法和病斑平均直径法对比分析20个板栗品种抗性,同时采用菌丝生长速率法测定氟啶胺、咪鲜胺、腈菌唑、异菌脲、啶氧菌酯、嘧菌环胺和啶酰菌胺对N.parvum室内毒力。结果表明:接种第5 d时,不同板栗品种对N.parvum的抗性存在显著差异,2种评价方法均将供试品种分为高抗、抗、感、高感4类,高抗品种为毛板栗、老品种、东陵明珠、小薄皮、燕奎、燕山短枝,病斑扩展直径在3.18~10.08 mm,占供试品种30%;高感品种为乌壳栗和六月暴,病斑直径高达62.34 mm和71.25 mm,占供试品种10%。室内毒力测定显示,供试7种药剂以氟啶胺对该病原菌抑制效果最佳,EC50为0.057 mg·L^(-1);啶酰菌胺抑制效果最差,EC50高达92.795 mg·L^(-1)。本次试验初步明确了不同品种对N.parvum抗性,并筛选出对该病原菌的有效药剂,为板栗抗病品种的培育和防治提供理论依据。The resistance of 20 chestnut varieties was compared and analyzed with mycelial block stabbing inoculation method,lesion average diameter method and systematic cluster analysis,and the indoor toxicity of fluazinam,prochloraz,myclobutanil,iprodione,picoxystrobin,cyprodinil and boscalid to N.parvum was determined with mycelium growth rate method to clarify the resistance of different chestnut varieties to Neofusicoccum parvum and the control effect of different fungicides on the pathogen.The result showed that there were significant differences in the resistance of different chestnut varieties to N.parvum on the 5th day of inoculation.The tested varieties were divided into four categories of high resistance,resistance,susceptibility and high susceptibility by species evaluation methods.The high-resistant varieties were Maobanli,Laopinzhong,Dongling mingzhu,Xiaobopi,Yankui and Yanshan duanzhi,and the lesion expansion diameter was 3.18~10.08 mm,accounting for 30%of the tested varieties.The high susceptible varieties were Wuqiaoli and Liuyuebao,and the lesion diameters were 62.34 mm and 71.25 mm,accounting for 10%of the tested varieties.Indoor toxicity test showed that among 7 tested fungicides,fluazinam had the best inhibitory effect on the pathogen with the EC50 of 0.057 mg·L^(-1),and the inhibition effect of boscalid was the worst with the EC50 of 92.795 mg·L^(-1).The resistance of different varieties to N.parvum was preliminarily clarified,and effective fungicides against the pathogen were screened out,which provided a theoretical basis for the cultivation and control of chestnut resistant varieties.
