摘 要:为探讨野生欧李花粉和叶片超微结构与矿质营养吸收的遗传多样性及其相关规律,以燕山山脉野生欧李为试材,利用扫描电子显微镜观测和原子吸收分光光度计分析方法,研究同一生境条件下野生欧李群体花粉和叶片气孔超微形态指标与欧李花粉、叶片和果实中矿质元素质量分数的变化及其相关关系。结果表明:欧李花粉平均极轴长P为45.55μm,赤道轴长E为23.91μm,极轴长/赤道轴长P/E为1.92,变异系数范围为5.42%~6.02%,花粉形态为长球形(P/E为1.67~2.00)或超长球形(P/E>2.00),且以长球形居多;叶表皮气孔平均长度为7.82μm,宽度为2.36μm,面积为19.05μm2,密度为902.71个/mm2,变异系数范围为16.88%~39.84%;7种矿质元素(Ca、K、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn、Na)在欧李花粉、叶片和果实中的质量分数变化差异较大,其中在花粉中的变异系数范围为8.90%~131.14%,在叶片中的变异系数范围为17.86%~76.91%,在果实中的变异系数为6.83%~96.56%。相关分析结果表明,花粉和叶片气孔超微形态指标与各器官中矿质元素质量分数变化间存在相关性。野生欧李群体花粉和叶片超微形态指标存在遗传多样性,并在一定程度上可以表征各组织器官中矿质元素的质量分数变化。The genetic diversity of ultrastructural indexes and mineral nutrient absorption of wild Cerasus humilis in Yanshan Mountains were studied with scanning electron microscopy and atomic absorption spectrophotometer to study the correlation between ultrastructural indexes of pollen,leaves and mineral element mass fraction in wild Cerasus humilis.The result showed that the average polar axis length(P)of pollen was 45.55μm,the equatorial axis length(E)was 23.91μm,the polar-equatorial ratio(P/E)was 1.92,the coefficient of variation ranged from 5.42%to 6.02%,and the pollen morphology was predominantly long spherical(P/E was 2.00~1.67)with some instances of super-long-spherical(P/E>2.00).The average length,width,area,and density of leaves stomata were 7.82μm,2.36μm,19.05μm2,and 902.71 per mm2,respectively,with a coefficient of variation ranging from 16.88%to 39.84%.The mass fractions of seven mineral elements(Ca,K,Mg,Zn,Fe,Mn,and Na)in pollen,leaves,and fruit exhibited significant differences,with the coefficient of variation ranging from 8.90%to 131.14%,17.86%to 76.91%,and 6.83%to 96.56%,respectively.The correlation analysis indicated that the morphological indexes of pollen and leaves stomata closely correlated with the mass fractions of mineral elements in different organs.The ultrastructural indexes of pollen and leaves in wild Cerasus humilis displayed genetic diversity,which could characterize the mass fractions of mineral elements in different tissues and organs.
