摘 要:激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法(LA-ICP-MS)可实现固体样品原位微区分析,但在进行复杂样品分析时,仍然需要借助色谱分离技术。薄层色谱法(TLC)在实现多组分色谱分离的同时,还可以将液态样品转化为固态,可与LA-ICP-MS进行联用,从而实现复杂样品直接分析。对TLC-LA-ICP-MS在形态分析、纳米材料分析和石油分析领域的应用现状进行了综述,对薄层色谱板的固定相、流动相以及展开路径等色谱分离条件、激光剥蚀能量、线扫描速率、内标校正、质谱干扰等LA-ICP-MS测试条件和分析方法性能进行了分析,对TLC-LA-ICP-MS在形态分析以及金属原子簇领域的应用进行了展望。Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS) enables in-situ microanalysis of solid samples.However,for the analysis of complex samples,chromatographic separation treatments are still needed.Thin layer chromatography(TLC) not only enables chromatographic separation but also converts liquid samples into solid form,allowing for coupling with LA-ICP-MS.The current applications of TLCLA-ICP-MS in the fields of speciation analysis,nanomaterial analysis,and petroleum analysis were reviewed.The chromatographic separation conditions,including stationary phase,mobile phase,and development path of TLC plates,as well as the LA-ICP-MS testing conditions and method performance,such as laser energy,scan rate,internal standard,and mass spectral interferences,were summarized.Additionally,the prospects of TLC-LA-ICP-MS in speciation analysis and metallic nanocluster analysis were discussed.
