摘  要:雪冰中痕量铁在全球铁循环和气候变化研究中具有重要意义,然而由于铁含量极低,雪冰样品中铁浓度的精确测量面临着技术上的挑战。通过系统优化电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的三种工作模式,包括标准模式(STD)、动能歧视模式(KED)和动态反应模式(DRC),以提高其对雪冰中痕量铁的检测灵敏度和抗干扰能力。通过对不同模式的参数(如碰撞气流量、反应气流量等)进行优化调试,结果显示,DRC模式具有显著的低检出限和抗基体干扰能力,最低检出限可至0.004 ng/m L,显著低于KED模式检出限0.11 ng/m L,是痕量铁分析的优选方法,而KED模式则作为可靠的替代。利用优化后的DRC模式对祁连山老虎沟冰川雪坑样品的铁含量进行测定,铁浓度在1.6~9.6 ng/m L,结果表明,DRC模式能稳定、高效地测量雪冰中极低浓度的铁,为雪冰中铁的高灵敏度分析以及极地和高原地区铁的地球化学循环研究提供了可靠的技术支撑。Trace iron in snow ice plays a significant role in the global iron cycle and climate change research,yet accurately measuring iron concentrations in these samples remains challenging due to iron's extremely low abundance.The operational parameters of three ICP-MS modes,including standard mode (STD),kinetic energy discrimination (KED),and dynamic reaction cell (DRC),were systematically optimized to enhance their sensitivity and reduce interference in trace iron detection within snow ice.By adjusting and optimizing parameters for different modes (e.g.,collision gas flow rate,reaction gas flow rate),the results showed that the DRC mode had significantly lower detection limits and stronger matrix interference resistance.The minimum detection limit reached0.004 ng/m L,which was markedly lower than the detection limit of KED mode (0.11 ng/m L),making DRC the preferred method for trace iron analysis,with KED serving as a reliable alternative.Using the optimized DRC mode,the iron content in snow samples from the Laohugou Glacier in the Qilian Mountains was measured,with Fe concentrations ranging from 1.6 to 9.6 ng/m L.The results demonstrate that DRC mode can stably and efficiently measure ultra-low concentrations of iron in snow ice.This study provides reliable technical support for the highsensitivity analysis of iron in snow ice,as well as for research on the geochemical cycling of iron in polar and plateau regions.
