摘  要:硫含量的高低对于金矿石中金、银、铜、铅、锌量的测定具有显著影响,目前国内外在金矿石中红外吸收光谱法测定硫没有标准分析方法,进而严重制约新一轮地质战略找矿行动的高效发展。应用高频红外碳硫仪测定金矿石中的硫量,坩埚空白、称样量、助熔剂添加量和分析时间等因素会直接影响硫量测定的准确度和精密度。研究以上因素对硫量测试的准确性和重复性影响及解决方案,明确坩埚空白对分析结果的影响,并对样品的称重量、助熔剂的选择和加入量、分析时间等关键参数进行优化。最终设定优化条件:空白坩埚经过1200℃的高温预处理,准确称取50 mg样品,0.5 g纯铁助熔剂、1.5 g钨粒助熔剂和分析时长45 s时,国家标准物质测定值的准确度最好。采用标准物质制备校准曲线,线性相关系数达到0.9997,线性拟合较好;采用金矿石国家标准物质对实验方法进行验证,方法的检出限为0.002%,精密度小于2.2%,表明红外吸收光谱法测定金矿石中的硫量具有准确、可靠的优点。方法以其灵敏、准确、快速、环保等特性,成为金矿石中硫量分析的有效手段,填补了国内外在利用红外吸收光谱法测定金矿石中硫量这一领域的研究空白,为快速测定金矿石中的硫含量以及新一轮的地质战略找矿提供了关键的技术支持。The sulfur content exerts a significant impact on the determination of elements such as gold,silver,copper,lead,and zinc in gold ores.Currently,there is no standardized analytical method for the determination of sulfur in gold ores using infrared absorption spectrometry either domestically or internationally.This situation severely restricts the efficient progress of the new round of geological strategic prospecting.During the determination of sulfur in gold ores with a high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer,factors including the crucible blank,sample weight,amount of cosolvent added,and analysis time directly affect the accuracy and precision of sulfur determination.This study investigated the influence of the above-mentioned factors on the accuracy and repeatability of sulfur testing and proposed corresponding solutions.The impact of the crucible blank on the analysis results was elucidated,and key parameters such as sample weighing,selection and addition of fluxes,and analysis time were optimized.Ultimately,the following analysis conditions were established:the blank crucible was pretreated at 1200℃,50 mg of the sample was accurately weighed,0.5 g of pure iron flux and 1.5 g of tungsten particle flux were added,and the analysis time was set to 45 seconds.Under these conditions,the accuracy for national standard materials was optimal.A calibration curve was prepared using standard materials,and the linear correlation coefficient reached 0.9997,indicating excellent linear fitting.The experimental method was validated with national standard gold ore materials.The detection limit of this method was 0.002%,and the precision was less than 2.2%.These results demonstrate that infrared absorption spectrometry provides an accurate and reliable basis for determining the sulfur content in gold ores.With its sensitivity,accuracy,rapidity,and environmental-friendliness,this research method has emerged as an effective means for sulfur analysis in gold ores.It fills the research gap in the field of sulfur determinat
