摘  要:稀土元素是重要的战略资源,在多个领域都有着不可或缺的作用,研究植物体中的稀土元素在生态系统中的迁移转化路径,可明确稀土元素在植物体中的迁移和积累。通过对比植物样品干灰化法、微波消解法和敞开酸消解法这三种不同前处理方法的效果,开展了多原子干扰、同量异位素干扰的校正研究,以及不同干扰的消除策略,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对植物样品中稀土元素的准确测定方法。结果表明,干灰化法、微波消解法和敞开酸消解法检出限分别为0.002~0.008、0.002~0.005、0.002~0.007μg/g。通过对国家一级标准物质的测定,实验结果表明,三种前处理方法的准确度(RE)分别在-25.00%~18.18%、-15.79%~12.82%、-11.11%~45.45%,精密度(RSD)分别在0.70%~25.3%、0.8%~12.1%、1.3%~36.9%,为植物样品中稀土元素的准确测定及前处理方法的选择提供了参考,有助于推动植物样品中稀土元素分析技术的发展。Rare earth elements(REEs)are crucial strategic resources,playing an indispensable role across diverse fields.Understanding the migration and transformation pathways of REEs in plants within ecosystems is essential for clarifying their migration patterns and accumulation mechanisms in plants.This study compared three pretreatment methods-dry ashing,microwave digestion,and open acid digestion-for plant samples.Research was conducted on correcting polyatomic and isobaric interferences and developing strategies to eliminate these interferences,aiming to establish an accurate inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for determining REEs in plant samples.The results indicate that the detection limits of the dry ashing,microwave digestion,and open acid digestion methods are 0.002-0.008,0.002-0.005,and 0.002-0.007μg/g,respectively.Analyses of national first-level reference materials show that the accuracy(RE)of the three pretreatment methods falls within the ranges of-25.00%-18.18%,-15.79%-12.82%,and-11.11%-45.45%,respectively.The precision(RSD)ranges from 0.70%-25.3%,0.80%-12.1%,and 1.3%-36.9%,respectively.The dry ashing method is relatively easy to perform;however,REEs are readily adsorbed onto the surfaces of quartz or porcelain crucibles,leading to underestimated determination results.The microwave digestion method offers high digestion efficiency,low reagent consumption,and minimal element loss.It effectively preserves REEs in samples,resulting in more accurate determination results.Although the open acid digestion method can effectively digest samples,it is prone to external contamination during the digestion process.Additionally,it consumes a large quantity of reagents and may cause environmental pollution.Overall,through a comprehensive comparison of the three pretreatment methods,the microwave digestion method demonstrates distinct advantages in the determination of REEs in plant samples.This study provides a valuable reference for accurately determining REEs in plant samples,selecting appropr
