摘  要:风机偏航齿轮箱是风力发电机组的核心组件之一,为了及时发现偏航齿轮箱的故障,提高风机运行的可靠性,提出SCADA系统下风机偏航齿轮箱机械故障自动监控方法。利用SCADA系统自动获取初始故障信号,通过倒频谱分析法,消除其中的干扰成分;基于风机变化速率、风速-功率特征和液压制动压力特征,提取风机偏航齿轮箱机械信息;构建SSA-ELM网络,将提取到的特征输入该网络中,实现风机偏航齿轮箱机械故障自动监控。实验结果表明,所提方法能够较好地适应各类环境干扰,具有较好的风机偏航齿轮箱机械故障自动监控效果。The wind turbine yaw gearbox is one of the core components of wind turbines.In order to detect faults in the yaw gearbox as soon as possible and improve the reliability of the wind turbine,an automatic monitoring method for mechanical faults in the wind turbine yaw gearbox under the SCADA system is proposed.Using the SCADA system to automatically obtain initial fault signals,the interference components are eliminated through cepstrum analysis.Based on the fan change rate,wind speed power characteristics,and hydraulic brake pressure characteristics,mechanical information of the fan yaw gearbox is extracted,and an SSA-ELM network is constructed.The extracted features are input into the network to achieve automatic monitoring of mechanical faults in the fan yaw gearbox.The experimental results show that the proposed method can adapt well to various environmental disturbances and has good automatic monitoring effect for mechanical faults of the fan yaw gearbox.
