摘  要:基于吸收法间接测量了100 kV X射线注量谱。介绍了解谱原理,结合响应函数和预置谱,通过解谱程序完成了100kV X射线轫致辐射谱的解谱,并通过计算其平均能量验证解谱结果的准确性。与数值分析软件计算平均能量结果相比,二者之间的误差为14%,并分析了脉冲幅度谱与X射线注量谱之间误差的原因。The flux spectrum produced by X-ray tube is indirectly measured based on the absorption method.The principle of unfolding is clarified,and combined with the response function and presetting spectrum,the unfolding of 100kV X-ray toughness radiation spectrum is completed by the unfolding program,and its mean energy is calculated to verify the accuracy of the unfolding results.Compared with the mean energy result calculated by numerical analysis software,the error between the two is 14%.And the reason for the error between the pulse amplitude spectrum and the Xray flux spectrum has been analyzed.
