摘 要:为提高苯丙乳液防水涂料的耐水性和抗老化性能,采用四羟甲基甘脲对苯丙乳液进行改性,制备了四羟甲基甘脲改性苯丙乳液防水涂料。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TG)对改性苯丙乳胶膜的结构和热稳定性进行了表征,测试了不同含量四羟甲基甘脲改性苯丙乳液防水涂膜的吸水率、低温柔性以及热和紫外老化前后的力学性能,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了涂膜的拉伸断面,研究了四羟甲基甘脲含量对苯丙乳液防水涂料的力学性能、低温性能、吸水率、老化性能和微观结构的影响。FT-IR和TG结果表明,四羟甲基甘脲和苯丙乳液中的羧基发生了化学交联反应,提高了苯丙乳液涂膜的热稳定性;SEM结果表明四羟甲基甘脲改性明显减少了苯丙防水涂膜拉伸断面的孔洞;随着四羟甲基甘脲含量的增加,苯丙乳液防水涂膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和低温柔性表现为先提高后降低,吸水率则先降低后增大,热和紫外老化后丙苯乳液防水涂膜的拉伸强度保持率和断裂伸长保持率均明显提高,这表明采用四羟甲基甘脲改性可有效提高苯丙乳液防水涂料的拉伸性能、耐水性、低温柔性和抗老化性能。In order to improve the water resistance and aging resistance of styrene-acrylic emulsion waterproof coating,the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion waterproof coating was prepared by using tetramethylol acetylenediurea.The structure and thermal stability of the modified styrene acrylic latex film were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The water absorption,low temperature flexibility and mechanical properties before and after thermal and ultraviolet aging of the waterproof films with different contents of tetramethylol acetylenediurea were tested.The tensile section of the film was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to investigate the effects of the content of tetramethylol acetylenediurea on the mechanical properties,low temperature properties,water absorption,aging properties and microstructure of styrene acrylic emulsion waterproof coating.FT-IR and TG tests showed that the chemical crosslinking reaction occurred between tetramethylol acetylenediurea and carboxyl group in styrene acrylic emulsion,which improved the thermal stability of styrene acrylic emulsion film.The SEM test showed that the modification of tetramethylol acetylenediurea significantly reduced the holes in the tensile section of the styrene-acrylic waterproof film.The tensile strength,elongation at break and low temperature flexibility of styrene-acrylic emulsion waterproofing film first increased and then decreased.In addition,with the increase of the content of tetramethylol acetylenediurea,the water absorption rate first decreased and then increased,and the tensile strength and elongation at break retention rate of styrene-acrylic emulsion waterproofing film significantly increased after thermal and ultraviolet aging.These results indicate that the tensile properties,water resistance,low temperature flexibility and anti-aging properties of the styrene acrylic emulsion waterproof coating can be effectively improved by using tetramethylol acetylenediurea modification.
