摘 要:为了解决义齿口腔开放环境、血管支架类假体植入后可能带来的术后感染和炎症,本文基于Cu元素作为一种良好的广谱抗菌剂,结合激光选区熔化技术(SLM)的高自由成形度,在CoCrMoW合金中选择添加了不同比例的Cu元素(2%、4%、6%,质量分数),开发出了力学性能优异且兼具抗菌性能的CoCrMoW-xCu合金。对比了CoCrMoW-xCu合金的显微组织、力学性能及抗菌行为,结果表明:Cu元素的引入对其物相种类影响不大,仍由高温γ-Co相和ε-Co相组成,Cu的引入抑制了高韧γ-Co向硬脆ε-Co相的马氏体转变,导致强硬度提升有限。通过CoCrMoW-xCu合金对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌测定,微小的α-Cu相有助于增强抗菌活性。优选综合性能良好的CoCrMoW-2Cu合金(抗拉强度为(1100±21.5)MPa,断后伸长率为9.5%±0.84%,抗菌率为34.75%)成分进行了SLM抗菌牙冠的仿形制造,为临床用SLM成形的抗菌植入体提供了强有力的理论基础和数据支撑。In order to solve the postoperative infection and inflammation that may arise from the implantation of prostheses such as dentures and vascular stents in an open oral environment,this study explores the use of Cu as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent combined with the high free formability of selective laser melting(SLM)technology.Different proportions of Cu elements(2wt.%,4wt.%,6wt.%)were selected and added to the CoCrMoW alloy to develop CoCrMoW-xCu alloy with excellent mechanical properties and antibacterial properties.The microstructure,mechanical properties and antibacterial behavior of CoCrMoW-xCu alloy were studied.The research results show that the introduction of Cu element has little effect on its phase type.Only because the introduction of Cu inhibits the martensitic transformation of high-toughγ-Co to hard and brittleε-Co phase,the improvement of its strength and hardness is limited.Antibacterial assay of CoCrMoW-xCu alloy against Staphylococcus aureus,the tinyα-Cu phase contributes to enhanced antibacterial activity.Considering the mechanical and antibacterial properties comprehensively,the alloy composition of CoCrMoW-2Cu with good comprehensive properties(R_m=(1100±21.5)MPa,A=9.5%±0.84%,antibacterial rate 34.75%)was selected for profiling manufacturing of SLM antibacterial crowns.
