摘 要:乘员设备是空间站内直接应用于保障航天员健康、生活和工作能力的设备统称。按照设备功能分类综述了国际空间站乘员设备现状,论述了可用于其故障预测、健康管理的方法。国际空间站通过应用人工智能、虚拟现实、3D打印等技术的实验原型,尝试提高设备的易用性和续航能力,改善航天员工作效率和驻留体验。但从实验到稳定、可靠解决方案,仍有若干需解决的技术难题。Crew equipment is a group of devices used to guarantee the astronauts’health,life,and performance on the space station.In this paper,the crew equipment on the International Space Station were reviewed according to the device function classification.The methods used for fault prediction and health management on crew equipment were discussed.By applying prototypes of artificial intelligence,virtual reality,3D printing and other technologies,ISS tried to enhance the ease of use and endurance of equipment,thus improve efficiency and residency experience of astronauts.It is pointed out that there are still technical difficulties in seeking stable and reliable solutions.
