摘  要:为提升PC透明件的抗辐照性能,选用柔韧性有机硅为低折射率材料,二氧化钛(TiO_(2))为高折射率材料,结合溶胶凝胶法和旋涂法,在PC表面成功制备了表面无裂纹的一维光子晶体纳米多层膜。通过调节溶胶浓度及旋涂速度,4周期Silicone/TiO_(2)1DPhC/PC在紫外波段(波长328 nm处)反射率达到86%,同时在可见光区的平均透过率达到85%以上。经胶带剥离和摩擦测试后,Silicone/TiO_(2)1DPhC/PC表现出良好的耐刮擦性及力学稳定性。人工加速紫外老化实验表明,Silicone/TiO_(2)一维光子晶体紫外反射膜层可以为PC基材提供有效的紫外辐照防护。To improve the anti-ultraviolet(UV)irradiation performance of polycarbonate(PC)parts,flexible silicone and titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))were employed as low and high refractive index material,respectively,to fabricate crack-free one-dimensional photonic crystal(1DPhC)multilayer films on polycarbonate(PC)using a sol-gel method combined with spin coating.The sol concentration and spin coating speed were optimized,resulting in a 1DPhC/PC with four periods of silicone/TiO_(2) achieving an 86% reflectance in the ultraviolet(UV)spectrum at a wavelength of 328 nm and an average transmittance exceeding 85% in the visible range.Moreover,the silicone/TiO_(2)1DPhC/PC demonstrated good scratch resistance and mechanical stability,as evidenced by tape peeling and friction test.Artificial accelerated UV aging test results indicated that the UV reflecting silicone/TiO_(2)1DPhC film can provide effective photoprotection for the PC substrate.
