数字经济赋能高质量就业——基于中介效应与空间杜宾模型的实证研究

摘　　要：在人工智能的驱动下数字经济进入新的发展阶段,对就业质量产生了显著影响。研究选取我国31个省级行政区2011年-2022年的面板数据,分析数字经济对高质量就业水平的影响及作用机制,发现数字经济能够显著提升高质量就业水平,并且这种提升效果具有异质性;人工智能技术作为一种关键的中介机制,在数字经济促进高质量就业中发挥了重要作用;数字经济不仅对本地区的高质量就业水平产生正向影响,对邻近区域的高质量就业水平也有显著提升作用。As the digital economy progresses into a new phase of smart economy driven by artificial intelligence,its impact on employment quality becomes a pivotal concern.This article utilizes panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,systematically analyzing the impact mechanism and spatial spillover effects of the digital economy on high-quality employment levels.The following conclusions are drawn:the digital economy has the potential to significantly boost high-quality employment opportunities,though the efficacy of this impact varies across different groups;the role of artificial intelligence technology as an intermediary mechanism in enhancing employment quality within the digital economy is a salient factor;the digital economy exerts a substantial positive influence on the levels of high-quality employment in both local and neighboring regions.
