摘　　要：针对兰新铁路风灾最为严重的百里风区列车限速预警问题,进行百里风区列车风致安全理论研究,分析铁路监测无线传感器网络,设计针对列车风致安全的百里风区限速预警信息系统。通过研究影响列车在百里风区内运行的主要指标和限速准则,设定百里风区不同路段列车的安全行驶速度范围,根据实时风速数据,为铁路安全监控中心提供较为合理的限速预警信息。In response to the speed limit warning problem for train in Baili Wind Zone with the most severe wind disaster on Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway,the theoretical research on wind induced safety of train in Baili Wind Zone was conducted,the wireless sensor network for railway monitoring application was analyzed,and a speed limit warning information system for wind induced safety of train in Baili Wind Zone was designed.By studying the main indicators and speed limit criteria that affect the operation of train in Baili Wind Zone,the safe speed ranges of train on different sections of Baili Wind Zone were set.Based on the real-time wind speed data,the reasonable speed limit warning information was provided for the railway safety monitoring center.
