刀盘开口率对盾构机性能影响的研究

摘　　要：刀盘开口率是盾构机刀盘设计的关键参数,是影响盾构机性能的重要指标。研究刀盘开口率对盾构机性能的影响,确定刀盘开口率与刀盘扭矩、盾构机推力、土仓压力的变化关系。对刀盘开口率为43%和58%时的计算值与实测值进行比较,对产生的偏差进行分析,确认刀盘开口率对刀盘扭矩的影响最大。The opening ratio of cutterhead is a key parameter in the design of cutterhead of the shield tunneling machine and an important indicator affecting the performance of the shield tunneling machine.The influence of the opening ratio of cutterhead on the performance of the shield tunneling machine was studied,and the changing relationships between the opening ratio of cutterhead and cutterhead torque,shield tunneling machine thrust,and soil chamber pressure were determined.The calculated values were compared with the measured values when the opening ratios of cutterhead were 43%and 58%,and the deviation generated was analyzed to confirm that the opening ratio of cutterhead had the greatest impact on the cutterhead torque.
