摘 要:KMP型减速机是中速磨煤机实现减速、传输力矩的主要装置。由于KMP型减速机输入轴密封装置在设计上存在缺陷,导致KMP型减速机运行一段时间后输入轴区域出现不同程度漏油,大幅降低KMP型减速机运行安全性和中速磨煤机运行可靠性。基于实际案例,对中速磨煤机KMP型减速机输入轴漏油问题进行分析,采取有效措施对输入轴密封装置结构进行优化,彻底解决漏油问题。The KMP reducer is the main device for the medium speed coal mill to achieve deceleration and transmitting torque.Due to the design flaw in the sealing device of the input shaft of the KMP reducer,varying degrees of oil leakage occurred in the input shaft area after the KMP reducer running for a period of time,the operational safety of the KMP reducer and the reliability of the medium speed coal mill were reduced significantly.Based on practical case,the oil leakage problem of the input shaft of the KMP reducer for the medium speed coal mill was analyzed,the effective measure was taken to optimize the structure of the sealing device of the input shaft,and the oil leakage problem was solved thoroughly.
