摘 要:制造业的数字孪生项目不仅用于企业对现实数据的映射和管理,还用于展示企业数字化升级的成果。然而,当前多数数字孪生系统存在交互体验差、展示效果不佳的问题。文章以天车厂房为例,基于数字孪生技术,设计了一个物理与虚拟映射的前端交互平台。研究制定了三模模型精度控制表,设计了UI总体交互逻辑,提出了基于Unity3D平台的渲染策略和沉浸式展示方案,不仅提升了系统的可视化表现力和交互体验,还为企业在数字技术展示方面提供了有益参考。The digital twin project in the manufacturing industry is not only used for enterprises to map and manage real data,but also for showcasing the achievements of enterprise digital upgrading.However,most current digital twin systems suffer from poor interaction experience and poor display effects.The article takes the crane factory building as an example and designs a front-end interactive platform that maps physical and virtual data based on digital twin technology.The research developed the precision control table of the the third mock examination model,designed the overall interaction logic of the UI,and proposed the rendering strategy and immersive display scheme based on the Unity3D platform,which not only improved the visual expressiveness and interactive experience of the system,but also provided a useful reference for enterprises in digital technology display.
