摘　　要：在电网作业中,确保外单位施工人员的资质、作业经历及违章记录符合规范要求,是保障电力系统施工作业安全的关键。文章分析了当前电网外单位施工人员管理存在的主要问题,通过引入系统化的数据管理和动态更新机制,探讨了提高资质管理效率的可行方案。In power grid operations,ensuring that the qualifications,work experience,and violation records of external construction personnel meet regulatory requirements is the key to ensuring the safety of power system construction operations.The article analyzes the main problems in the management of construction personnel outside the power grid,and explores feasible solutions to improve the efficiency of qualification management by introducing systematic data management and dynamic update mechanisms.
