摘  要:围绕显示器产品电磁兼容(EMC)认证的全球技术标准差异展开研究,比较分析了美国(FCC)、欧盟(CE)、中国(CCC)等主要市场的认证体系。研究表明,不同地区在认证适用范围、测试标准及准入机制方面存在显著差异,尤其是在电磁兼容测试的辐射发射项目中,各市场对频率范围界定及限值要求的不同,容易引发区域性合规风险。通过典型案例分析,建议企业采取“目标市场标准前置”策略,在电路设计阶段植入多国技术规范,优先选择国际互认实验室进行协同测试,从而提升产品在全球市场的准入效率,减少跨国认证过程中的技术冗余与合规成本。A study was conducted on the differences in global technical standards for electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)certification of display products,comparing and analyzing the certification systems in major markets such as the United States(FCC),the European Union(CE),and China(CCC).Research has shown that there are significant differences in the scope of certification application,testing standards,and access mechanisms among different regions,especially in the radiation emission project of electromagnetic compatibility testing.Different markets have different requirements for frequency range definition and limit values,which can easily lead to regional compliance risks.Through typical case analysis,it is recommended that enterprises adopt a“target market standard pre positioning”strategy,implant multi country technical specifications in the circuit design stage,prioritize international mutual recognition laboratories for collaborative testing,thereby improving the efficiency of product access in the global market and reducing technical redundancy and compliance costs in the cross-border certification process.
