摘　　要：随着医疗信息化的快速发展,电子病历系统在医院管理、临床决策和患者服务中的重要性日益凸显。然而,当前电子病历系统在应用过程中仍面临标准化不足的问题,导致不同医疗机构之间的数据互通性较差,“信息孤岛”现象严重。文章旨在探讨医疗信息化背景下电子病历系统的标准化建设,分析其必要性、现状及面临的挑战,并提出相应的解决方案,从而促进电子病历系统的规范化发展,进而提升医疗服务质量。With the rapid development of medical informatization,the importance of electronic medical record systems in hospital management,clinical decision-making,and patient services is increasingly prominent.However,the current electronic medical record system still faces the problem of insufficient standardization in the application process,resulting in poor data interoperability between different medical institutions and serious“information silos”phenomenon.This article aims to explore the standardization construction of electronic medical record systems under the background of medical informatization,analyze its necessity,current situation,and challenges,and propose corresponding solutions to promote the standardized development of electronic medical record systems and improve the quality of medical services.
