摘 要:由于石化工程项目规模大、复杂度高、投资巨大,精准的造价控制不仅直接影响项目的经济效益,还决定着企业的竞争力。传统造价管理方法难以应对日益复杂的项目需求和不断变化的市场环境,因此基于大数据分析的造价优化策略逐渐成为研究的热点。通过对历史数据的深入分析,能够发现成本波动的潜在因素,识别影响造价的关键环节,为项目管理者提供科学的决策支持。利用大数据分析,能够更精准地预测项目造价,优化资源配置,降低不必要的成本支出,提高项目管理的透明度和精准度。Due to the large scale,high complexity,and huge investment of petrochemical engineering projects,precise cost control not only directly affects the economic benefits of the project,but also determines the competitiveness of the enterprise.Traditional cost management methods are difficult to cope with increasingly complex project requirements and constantly changing market environments,therefore,cost optimization strategies based on big data analysis have gradually become a research hotspot.Through in-depth analysis of historical data,potential factors of cost fluctuations can be identified,key links affecting cost can be identified,and scientific decision support can be provided for project managers.By utilizing big data analysis,project costs can be predicted more accurately,resource allocation can be optimized,unnecessary cost expenditures can be reduced,and project management transparency and accuracy can be improved.
