人社一体化公共服务平台建设现状及推广应用相关问题研究

摘　　要：近年来,国内各省市对人社一体化公共服务平台的研究和实践日益增多。利用信息技术提升人力资源与社会保障服务的效率和质量,积极推进人社服务的数字化、智能化建设,不仅显著提高了服务质量和效率,还大幅降低了运营成本。文章对国内外平台建设现状及推广应用中遇到的问题进行了深入研究,采用调查问卷的方式统计分析了年龄、性别和学历等因素对人社公共服务平台需求倾向的影响,不仅为平台的进一步优化提供了理论支持和实践指导,还为相关政策的制定提供了参考依据,推动了社会保障信息化建设水平的整体提升。In recent years,there has been an increasing amount of research and practice on integrated human resources and social security public service platforms in various provinces and cities in China.By utilizing information technology to improve the efficiency and quality of human resources and social security,and actively promoting the digitization and intelligent construction of human resources and social services,not only has the service quality and efficiency been significantly improved,but operating costs have also been significantly reduced.The article conducted an in-depth study on the current situation of platform construction and the problems encountered in its promotion and application both domestically and internationally.A survey questionnaire was used to statistically analyze the impact of factors such as age,gender,and education on the demand tendency of the human resources and social security public service platform.This not only provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the further optimization of the platform,but also provides reference for the formulation of relevant policies,promoting the overall improvement of social security informationization construction.
