摘  要:“双碳”背景下,为实现公共建筑节能减排战略、解决建筑能耗高和碳排放高“双高”问题,应根据各地区城乡差异、气候差异确定改造目标,明确科学合理的改造设计实施路径。以寒冷地区公共建筑为研究对象,明确公共建筑绿色低碳改造的基本流程,从建筑空间性能提升、可再生能源利用、绿色建材应用等层面,梳理公共建筑绿色低碳改造的设计关键技术,结合案例分析,探索绿色低碳导向的性能提升与减排技术措施实施路径,支撑公共建筑绿色低碳改造设计相关标准的出台和完善,为建筑绿色低碳改造建设和进一步推进城市更新绿色低碳发展提供借鉴。Under the background of national dual carbon strategy,in order to realize the existing energy-saving emission reduction strategy of public buildings and solve the problems of high energy consumption and high carbon emission of buildings,the transformation objectives should be determined according to the differences between urban and rural areas and climate differences in various regions,and a scientific and reasonable transformation design implementation path should be defined.This paper focuses on public buildings in cold zone of China,clarifies the basic process of green and low-carbon transformation of public buildings,and systematically reviews the key design technologies for green and low-carbon renovations of public buildings,encompassing aspects such as enhancements to building functional space performance,renewable energy utilization and green building materials application,etc.Base on researching of typical case studies,this paper explores the implementation pathways for performance enhancement and emission reduction measures guided by green and low-carbon principles,aiming to provide insights for the green and low-carbon renovation of public buildings and further promote the green and low-carbon development of urban renewal.
