摘  要:在全球气候变化和能源危机的背景下,建筑行业的绿色低碳转型已成为必然趋势。针对北京市西城区某办公建筑冬季能耗高、室内热舒适度差的问题,进行了深入的现状调研和分析。研究发现,高大开敞的中庭空间在冬季形成了显著的“烟囱效应”,导致热量快速流失,增加了供暖能耗。为此,提出了在中庭加装可变界面的改造策略,通过动态控制空间环境,阻断冷空气渗透路径,减少热量散失。采用CFD模拟和实地测试相结合的方法,对改造方案的效果进行了验证。结果表明,加装可变界面后,冬季室温提升20%以上,供暖能耗降低约5%,显著改善了室内热环境和能源利用效率。为寒冷气候区办公建筑的绿色低碳改造提供了可行的解决方案,具有重要的实践意义和推广价值。In the context of global climate change and energy crises,the green and low-carbon transformation of the building industry has become an inevitable trend.Addressing the issues of high winter energy consumption and poor indoor thermal comfort in an office building located in Xicheng District of Beijing,this study conducted an in-depth investigation and analysis.The research found that the large open atrium space created a significant"chimney effect"in winter,leading to rapid heat loss and increased heating energy consumption.To tackle this problem,a retrofit strategy of installing a variable interface in the atrium was proposed,dynamically controlling the spatial environment to block cold air infiltration paths and reduce heat loss.The effectiveness of the retrofit was verified through a combination of CFD simulation and field testing.Results show that after installing the variable interface,indoor temperatures in winter increased by over 20%,and heating energy consumption decreased by about 5%,significantly improving the indoor thermal environment and energy efficiency.This research provides a feasible solution for the green and low-carbon retrofit of office buildings in cold climate regions,with important practical significance and promotion value.
