摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略和生态文明建设的推进,乡村建筑的绿色改造成为提升乡村人居环境和促进可持续发展的重要途径。以浙江省安吉县某农宅为案例,探讨了乡村建筑与绿色建筑相结合的改造策略。通过优化日照采光、墙体保温隔热、建筑通风、庭院设计、声环境、室内热舒适度以及太阳能发电等方面,介绍了一系列的绿色改造措施,并运用数字仿真模拟技术对改造效果进行了评估。实践表明,改造后的农房在提升居住舒适度的同时,实现了节能减排和环境友好,为乡村建筑的绿色改造提供了可行的参考和借鉴。With the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and ecological civilization construction,green renovation of rural buildings has become an important approach to improving rural living environment and promoting sustainable development.Taking a rural house in Anji County,Zhejiang Province,as a case,this paper explores the renovation strategy of rural buildings combined with green buildings.By optimizing sunlight and ventilation,wall insulation and heat preservation,courtyard design,sound environment,indoor thermal comfort,and solar power generation,this paper introduces a series of green renovation measures and evaluates the renovation effects using digital simulation modeling technology.Practice has shown that the renovated rural house has improved the residents'living comfort while achieving energy saving and emission reduction,providing a feasible reference and lesson for the green renovation of rural buildings.
