摘  要:杭州钢铁厂是工业遗产的代表建筑,经历60 a的运营和10 a闲置,钢铁厂内的建筑物外立面破损严重。秉承以旧更旧、以新衬旧、保留工业肌理的修缮理念,研发一种将建筑表面处理成仿古风格的搓砂工艺,以其独特配方及外观效果模拟岁月的痕迹和自然风化效果,使建筑物呈现原有表皮风貌的同时实现甲醛零排放,符合近代建筑的绿色修缮理念。以风貌修缮的改造方式对产业功能进行文旅融合转型、升级,以符合城市更新的发展需求。Hangzhou Steel Plant was the first steel plant established in Zhejiang Province in the 1950s and was officially closed down in 2015.Hangzhou Steel Plant is a national key heritage building and a witness to the city's development process.It is also a representative building of industrial heritage.After 60 years of operation and 10 years of idle,the exterior facades of the buildings in the steel plant were severely damaged.Adhering to the principle of revitalizing historical structures with contemporary materials while preserving their industrial character,we have developed a scrubbing technique that transforms building surfaces into an antique aesthetic.This innovative process employs a distinctive formula and finish that mimics the passage of time and natural weathering effects,enabling buildings to maintain their original façade while achieving zero formaldehyde emissions,in line with modern green renovation principles.By employing facade restoration methods to facilitate the integration and upgrading of industrial functions into cultural tourism,we can effectively address the evolving development needs of urban environments.
