摘  要:随着城市现代化进程的加速,地下连续墙在深基坑工程中的应用日益广泛,且呈现深度和厚度不断增加的趋势。然而,在城市核心区的地下施工中,环保等限制性要求常常导致现场无法连续施工,如何实现深基坑工程不间断的绿色施工成为一个亟待解决的问题。以杭州市某核心区42 m地下连续墙项目为例,介绍了其工程技术原理,提出了预制现浇相间地连墙的绿色施工工艺及技术要点,并总结了该工艺的技术特点与不足。对比试验证明,新工艺有效简化了现场施工流程,可缩短施工周期约50%,降低施工总成本15%。最后,从应用推广、结构设计等多个方面探讨了未来发展趋势,研究成果可为类似工程提供技术参考。With the acceleration of urban modernisation,diaphragm walls are increasingly used in deep foundation pit projects,and show a trend of increasing depth and thickness.However,in the underground construction in the core area of the city,environmental protection and other restrictive requirements often lead to the site can not be continuous construction,how to achieve uninterrupted green construction of deep foundation pit project has become an urgent problem.Taking a 42 m diaphragm wall project in a core area of Hangzhou as an example,we firstly introduce its engineering technology principle,put forward the green construction process and technical points of prefabricated in-situ cast-in-place interphase diaphragm wall,and summarise the technical characteristics and shortcomings of the process.Comparative tests have proved that the new process effectively simplifies the on-site construction process,shortens the construction cycle by about 50%and reduces the total construction cost by 15%.Finally,the future development trend is discussed from various aspects such as application promotion and structural design,and the research results can provide technical references for similar projects.
